UPG has a range of terminals all of which are compliant to the latest card scheme and acquirer security standards: PCI:PED, PCI:DSS and APACS Common Criteria. Handling all card types, the devices can communicate directly with your EPOS and the UPG gateway via IP, WiFi or GPRS, providing authorisation and settlement in one transaction. The UPG terminal removes the requirement for polling each device at the end of each day as all authorised transactions are retained and settled by the UPG systems in a PCI:DSS compliant manner.
